Job summary
Electrical Automation Services in Hope Hull, AL, seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical, control, and electromechanical systems across production lines and packaging equipment.
The role requires reading schematics, diagnosing with PLC logic, and performing PM/PdM while adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety, LOTO, and industrial maintenance best practices.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment.
- Diagnose equipment failures using diagrams, PLC logic, and troubleshooting tools; support downtime reduction.
