Job summary

Mach10 Solutions is seeking an Industrial Machinery Technician to ensure the reliable operation of complex production systems at our Indiana facility. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, minimize downtime, and contribute to continuous improvement of equipment reliability.

You will perform preventive maintenance, install and reconstruct machinery, use CMMS for work orders, and collaborate with vendors to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Proficient in diagnosing PLCs and electrical systems.
• Able to read complex electrical schematics and manuals.
• Commitment to safety, including LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize asset life and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, and high‑voltage electrical systems.
• Manage installation, assembly, and reconstruction of production machinery.
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders, document repairs, and plan projects.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for service events and upgrades.
• Conduct safety inspections and testing to ensure compliance with standards.
