Job summary

Wachter, Inc. seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical operations on major projects. You will manage foremen, electricians, and subcontractors, ensuringSafety, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining high quality standards.

Lead safety, coordinate resources, review drawings, and drive project success across industrial and commercial sites. Strong NEC/OSHA knowledge and 3+ years supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
• 7+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or superintendent experience.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and OSHA regulations.
• Experience managing industrial, commercial, or large-scale projects.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, schedules, and electrical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on electrical construction projects.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet commitments.
• Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure proper execution.
• Direct and mentor foremen, electricians, and apprentices.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work culture.
• Ensure NEC compliance, quality inspections, and project closeout activities.
