Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex infrastructure projects in a manufacturing setting. You will drive field operations, manage contractors, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality across electrical, structural, mechanical, and process scopes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 8+ years in large industrial construction, OSHA 30, and strong communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or evidence of exceptional ability.
• Minimum 8 years of construction or manufacturing experience in large industrial projects.
• OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent); current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to certify.
• Proficient in scheduling software (Microsoft Projects), Bluebeam, and MS Excel.
• Experience as Lead Superintendent on industrial facility upgrades or brownfield projects.
• Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field and to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities across electrical, structural, mechanical, process, and instrumentation scopes.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, site logistics, and installation strategies.
• Oversee contractors, trade partners, and vendor installations to ensure work progresses according to schedule and quality expectations.
• Resolve field issues, develop RFIs, troubleshoot installation challenges, and drive technical solutions to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate utility connections, system testing, inspections, commissioning activities, and production equipment startup.
• Prioritize critical path activities and equipment turnover milestones to support startup schedules.
• Enforce safety regulations, maintain quality standards, and ensure OSHA/local compliance.
• Track progress, maintain daily reports, and communicate weekly updates to stakeholders.
