Job summary

Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, is seeking a passionate Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on industrial electrical projects across water, wastewater, manufacturing, and food processing sectors.

The role requires strong field leadership, the ability to read electrical drawings, coordinate crews, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards. IPS offers accelerated training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and project documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and manpower planning.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction projects and execute project schedules.
• Lead field operations while promoting a Field First culture.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and daily field activities.
• Ensure work meets IPS quality standards and safety policies.
• Communicate progress and needs with Project Managers and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and methods.
