Responsible for overseeing electrical teams, ensuring safety and quality, managing budgets, and maintaining client relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of field experience or a relevant bachelor's degree, with strong skills in project planning and team leadership. Qualifications

• 10 years field experience with a background as a skilled tradesperson or bachelor's degree with 7 years experience.
• Prior experience working on union projects is preferred.
• 4-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams for large scale projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Set a safety culture for your crews.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with the client to facilitate construction activities.
• Lead construction projects including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
