Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC seeks an Electrical Superintendent for Industrial projects. You will oversee all on-site electrical activities, lead field crews and coordinate with subs to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence on complex industrial sites.

The role requires deep electrical expertise, strong leadership and proven experience in industrial construction, with frequent travel and collaboration across project teams.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems including distribution, instrumentation and controls.
• Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA, and electrical safety standards.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license as required by project location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site electrical work and field staff.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project team to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Assist in planning, preconstruction and procurement activities.
• Contribute to estimating, labor benchmarking and sequencing strategies.
• Maintain project documentation, look-ahead schedules and productivity tracking.
• Champion Lean construction practices and continuous improvement.
