Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical theory, power distribution, and industrial installations.
• Ability to develop preventive maintenance strategies aligned with industry standards.
• High proficiency with electrical tools, diagnostic instruments, and testing equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and customer interaction.
• Safety certifications and arc-flash knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical preventive maintenance and testing per NFPA 70B and NETA standards.
• Conduct infrared thermography to identify faults and heat signatures.
• Inspect wiring, components, and equipment for wear or damage.
• Service electrical equipment to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Test power distribution, controls, and motors for proper function.
• Assess risks and opportunities to reduce downtime and costs.
• Implement and enforce safety programs and LOTO procedures.
• Maintain accurate inspection and test documentation.
• Communicate findings with customers, supervisors, and team members.
• Support EHS initiatives and safe-work practices.
