Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work in diverse environments.
• Proficient with preventive maintenance strategies and diagnostics.
• Experience generating and reviewing maintenance reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical preventive maintenance and testing per NFPA 70B and OEM specs.
• Conduct infrared thermography to identify faults and heat signatures.
• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and service electrical equipment for reliability.
• Test power distribution, controls, and motors; verify functionality.
• Apply safety procedures including LOTO and arc-flash awareness.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, tests, actions, and notices.
• Communicate findings with customers, supervisors, and team members.
• Support EHS initiatives and safe-work practices on site.
