Job summary

Crowder Construction Company is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise a crew on heavy civil and electrical trades in the Southeastern region. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with the superintendent and project manager.

The role requires hands-on leadership, planning, and knowledge of electrical installations, conduit, and SCADA familiarity. Travel to multi-state projects may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years verifiable experience in industrial construction.
• Must demonstrate thorough knowledge and skill of electrical type construction and apply hands-on supervision with effective leadership.
• High school and/or trade school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct assignments of crew with close supervision of their activities.
• Plan and schedule crew work; organize materials and equipment for productivity.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to specifications.
• Maintain quality, track labor hours, and report progress.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce Crowder safety standards.
