Job summary

Crowder Construction Company in North Carolina is seeking a hands-on Foreman to supervise electrical and related trades on industrial projects. You will lead crews, ensure safety, read blueprints, plan daily work, and coordinate with a superintendent to meet schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of verifiable industrial construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or trade schooling.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years verifiable experience in industrial construction.
• Must demonstrate thorough knowledge and skill of electrical type construction and apply hands-on supervision with effective leadership.
• High school and/or trade school diploma preferred.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew operates within Crowder’s safety standards at all times.
• Plan and assign work; track and account for labor hours and productivity; supervise a crew of 2+ workers.
• Read specifications, such as blueprints and data, to determine construction requirements.
• Organize crew, materials, and equipment to achieve the highest productivity, quality, and lowest cost.
