Job summary

Crowder Construction Company is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead a crew on industrial construction projects across the Southeast. You will supervise hands-on field work, ensure safety compliance, plan daily tasks, and coordinate with the superintendent to meet production goals.

Required are at least 5 years of industrial electrical experience, strong leadership, ability to read blueprints, and knowledge of NEC. A valid driver's license and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years verifiable experience in industrial construction.
• Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of electrical construction and supervise effectively.
• High school and/or trade school diploma preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Good communicator, motivator, and team player.
• Understand all tools of the electrical trade.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hands-on work of crew on construction projects.
• Ensure crew follows Crowder safety standards at all times.
• Plan and assign work; track labor hours and productivity.
• Read specs/blueprints to determine requirements.
• Coordinate with superintendent to meet production goals.
• Maintain quality and safety throughout tasks.
