Job summary

Crowder Construction Co. seeks a General Foreman - Electrical to lead on-site electrical crews, ensuring safe and efficient execution of projects.

You will plan, direct, and supervise daily electrical activities, validating quality and compliance with Crowder’s safety standards across multi-state sites. We require strong leadership, plan-reading ability, and a solid grounding in electrical trades, with travel as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of electrical construction and hands-on supervision.
• High school and/or trade school diploma preferred.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver''s license required.
• Excellent communicator, motivator, and team player.
• Understanding of tools of the electrical trade.
• Knowledge of motor controls and SCADA systems; NEC familiarity.
• Ability to read plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is completed safely.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical work.
• Supervise crew and mentor crew members.
• Ensure quality and production; manage paperwork.
