Job summary

Crowder Construction Company seeks a skilled foreman to lead an electrical/industrial crew on multi-state heavy civil projects. You will supervise hands-on field work, enforce safety standards, and coordinate crews to meet production goals.

Requires 5+ years in industrial construction, strong leadership, ability to read plans, and knowledge of conduit, cable tray, motor controls, and NEC.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years verifiable experience in industrial construction.
• Must demonstrate thorough knowledge and skill of electrical type construction and apply hands-on supervision with effective leadership.
• High school and/or trade school diploma preferred.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Must be a good communicator, motivator, and team player.
• Must understand all tools of the electrical trade.
• Maintain knowledge of correct use of trade specific tools for electrical installations and correct use of electrical testing equipment.
• Should display expertise in conduit and cable tray installation.
• Maintain a working knowledge of motor controls and SCADA systems and working knowledge of the NEC.
• Maintain a general understanding of other foreman specialties such as labor, mechanical, concrete and civil as related to the electrical discipline.
• Ability to read plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew operates safely and follows Crowder safety standards.
• Plan and schedule work and organize crew, materials, and equipment.
• Direct assignments with close supervision and mentor crew.
• Ensure quality and production meet project requirements.
• Complete documentation and paperwork daily.
