Job summary

Crowder Construction Company is seeking an experienced foreman to lead a crew on civil and electrical construction projects. The role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring work aligns with specifications and schedules.

You will supervise crew members, coordinate materials, and uphold Crowder’s safety standards while mentoring team members on procedures and equipment use.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years verifiable experience in industrial construction.
• Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of electrical construction and provide hands-on supervision.
• High school or trade school diploma preferred and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of 2 or more workers to deliver construction units safely and efficiently.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate crew work, materials, and equipment to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with Crowder Construction Company safety standards and policies.
• Read blueprints/specifications to determine requirements and inspect progress for quality and safety.
• Maintain and document time, material usage, and productivity; conduct weekly safety meetings.
