Job summary

Crowder Construction Company seeks a skilled electrical foreman to lead a crew on industrial construction projects in North Carolina. You will supervise hands-on electrical work, enforce safety rules, read blueprints, plan tasks, and coordinate with the superintendent to meet production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in safety and quality control on multi-state projects. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel a must.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years verifiable experience in industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction and hands-on supervision.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate field activities.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Commitment to Crowder Construction Company’s safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate crew work and resources.
• Supervise and mentor crew, enforce policies, and foster teamwork.
• Maintain quality and productivity, minimize rework and cost.
• Complete required documentation and daily reporting.
