Job summary

Crowder-Constructors-Inc is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead a crew on electrical construction projects in the Southeast. You will supervise hands-on work, ensure safety, and coordinate with site management to plan and assign tasks.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical trades, ability to read plans, and effective communication. Travel to multiple project sites may be required; Crowder offers competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate thorough knowledge and skill of electrical construction with hands-on supervision and leadership.
• High school and/or trade school diploma preferred.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Good communicator, motivator, and team player.
• Understand all tools of the electrical trade.
• Knowledge of electrical testing equipment and NEC.
• Experience with conduit and cable tray installation.
• Basic understanding of motor controls and SCADA systems.
