Job summary

Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar family, seeks an Industrial Field Account Manager in Milwaukee. You will lead account plans, negotiate terms, and promote Viking Electric’s full line of electrical products and services to contractors in the local market.

Ideal candidates bring four years of electrical industry experience, a business degree or equivalent, and strong selling and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time role with standard daytime hours in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years combined electrical industry experience (Counter Sales, Account Representative, Project Sales, Specialist or Operations).
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must have a valid state driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with customers and vendors to obtain orders and meet schedules.
• Promote and sell Viking Electric's people, products, and services; tailor a business plan per customer.
• Collaborate with Account Representatives, Project Team, and others to ensure quality service and pursue new accounts.
