Job summary

Formsprag Clutch, part of Regal Rexnord, seeks a full-time customer-oriented service representative in Warren, MI to enter and quote for industrial customer needs. You will handle inquiries, create quotes from price lists, and log orders in SAP.

You will support order entry in the MRP platform, assist with RMAs, and communicate clearly with customers and sales reps. A high school diploma and SAP/ERP experience are required; Salesforce and MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of proven customer support experience.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Manages incoming inquiries for industrial orders in SAP and through the ERP system.
• Provides quotes for new inquiries from price lists and logs them in order tracking software.
• Enters customers’ orders into the MRP platform and maintains internal records.
• Assists with implementation of industrial customer rebuilds and returns (RMAs).
• Communicates effectively with customers and sales representatives.
