Applied Industrial Technologies in Bluefield, WV is seeking a Customer Service Representative to use your service skills to assist customers by phone and in person, building ongoing relationships and helping customers identify the right parts. Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone, and written skills, including English grammar.
• Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Enjoys working with computers, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel) and comfortable with Google search engine.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
• SAP / ERP experience, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility.
• Clarify their needs, do research, and, after you get up to speed, recommend parts.
• Be focused and driven to meet / exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.
• Process quotes, take orders and provide post-order service.
