Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Specialist to join the Merlo Sales team in the Grand Rapids area.

You will establish and nurture relationships with distributors, engineers, and end users, promote products, understand client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to reach sales targets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive growth through field activities, strategic planning, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong MS Office and Excel proficiency, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of institutional systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable orders and meet or exceed annual sales targets.
• Create and implement sales strategies for developing your assigned territory.
• Establish trust between Kendall energy products and customers.
• Plan and execute field activities such as customer visits to maximize productivity.
• Monitor quotations and follow up to maximize sales.
