The Kendall Group is seeking an Application Engineering Specialist to join the Merlo Energy sales team. You will craft quotes, enter orders, and engage with leads to understand requirements and propose solutions. Collaborate with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and vendors to drive profitable growth.

You will use your technical acumen in a fast-paced environment, maintain project data, and stay current on offerings. Expect travel and ongoing training to support customer success.

Formación

• Work experience: 5 years in industrial sales or 7 years technical experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Analytical ability to read, interpret technical documents and bid specifications.
• Highly organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; relationship building.
• Willing to travel 20% with overnight stays.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage with pre-identified leads and clarify customer needs.
• Review applications including product sizing and selection.
• Explain products and services; communicate project development to customers and partners.
• Generate bids and orders tailored to customer requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders for project support.
• Stay current on product offerings and apply knowledge to selling activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
