Job summary

Bio Fab Technologies in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers on orders and deliveries. You will provide quotes, manage RFQs, and coordinate with manufacturing using the M1 ERP system.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Shipping knowledge for international and domestic shipments.
• ERP experience using M1 highly preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Be the inside face and primary contact for customers and clients for Steridose products.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide product quotes for equipment and spare parts.
• Enter RFQs and convert them into formal quotes in the ERP system (M1).
• Process customer PO's; entry, delivery acknowledgment, and work orders.
