Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service or a related position.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must have U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status for ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the computer system accurately.
• Review purchase orders and contracts for discrepancies.
• Perform customer order follow-up and status updates.
• Assist with daily invoicing and send invoices to customers.
• Scan job packages daily.
• Work with account managers to ensure quotes are current.
• Assist with scheduling as needed.
• Promote and practice safety and good housekeeping.
