Job summary

King & Bishop is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, coordinate orders and deliveries, respond to customer needs, and support internal sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have industrial experience, strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with at least 4 years in sales-related or customer-facing

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales-related or customer-facing environment, such as customer service, inside or outside sales, technical sales, or purchasing.

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts by communicating expected delivery dates, coordinating orders and deliveries, and providing tracking information.
Provide proactive support to ensure on-time delivery and quality expectations.
Meet internal customer service SLAs and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Enter and maintain accurate order and customer data in the ERP system.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments to meet or exceed expectations.
