• English required for U.S.; Spanish and Portuguese required for Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotes, follow-ups, and credits per policy.
• Serve as primary contact via phone, email, or chat.
• Coordinate with sales, fabrication, credit, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order execution.
• Investigate discrepancies in order entry, pricing, shipping, and billing; coordinate solutions with involved departments.
• Access product pricing, availability, and specs from enterprise systems to support customer needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and orders.
• Follow up with customers to provide status updates and manage expectations.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners for long-term stability.
• Complete required training and SOP adherence.
