Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Crew Leader / Foreman in Florida to oversee two or more crews, plan daily operations, ensure equipment performance, and drive efficiencies at the work site. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and customer relations, with opportunities to develop technical staff.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial cleaning, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid HPC-Industrial driver certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable service in industrial cleaning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow policies
• Promote HPC-Industrial safety, environmental and operations policies
• Manage a crew to safety and complete operations
• Timely completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions
• Train and develop equipment technicians (5%)
• Interact with customers professionally and communicate effectively
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services
• Handle additional duties as assigned
