Job summary

Thompson Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Crew Leader/Foreman to oversee two or more crews, plan daily operations, and ensure safe, efficient hydroblasting and vacuum truck work at client sites.

You will drive safety, quality, and timely documentation while coordinating with customers and staff. A strong background in industrial cleaning and a valid HPC-Industrial driver certification are preferred, with company benefits supporting growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
• Must wear protective clothing and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate two or more crews to ensure safe, efficient service.
• Complete and review paperwork documenting work functions in a timely manner.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact professionally with customers and maintain good relations.
