Job summary

TNT-Crane- in Oklahoma City is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee all TNT equipment and personnel in the field and to plan and execute jobs in accordance with scope drawings.

You will supervise crews and equipment, coordinate schedules, ensure safety, and communicate daily activities to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate has 5+ years' crane and rigging experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in crane, rigging, or heavy lifting operations.
• Knowledge of crane operations and rigging procedures.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to coordinate crews, equipment, and project schedules.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years experience with crawler cranes and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all TNT equipment and personnel in the field.
• Manage crews and know when to stop situations that may get out of control.
• Report deficiencies with personnel to your Manager for action.
• Communicate daily activities to the PM/Manager and any scope changes.
• Maintain all equipment, TNT owned and third party on the project.
• Perform on hire/off hire inspections of all equipment.
• Conduct annual employee evaluations under your control.
• Submit daily time for you and your crew by 9 AM.
• Distribute employees to tasks including transport, J/S, lifting.
• Oversee mobilization/demobilization of all TNT equipment.
• Develop and distribute load lists for crawler cranes and aux equipment.
• Manage trucking schedule from the field.
