Qualifications

• Strong building processes mastery with ability to organize resources and meet deadlines.
• Project lead or superintendent experience preferred; able to lead site teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site work flow per schedule and safety/quality standards.
• Maintain daily site logs and manage punch lists through closeout.
• Collaborate with project manager on scheduling, sequencing, and coordination with subs.
• Ensure on-site safety leadership and adherence to HITT safety programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors; ensure fair treatment.
