• Mastery of building processes and best practices; strong scheduling and leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ProCore, Adobe and BlueBeam; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand long periods; lift up to 50 lbs; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site workflow to align with project schedule and quality standards.
• Lead site team and subcontractors; ensure safety and accurate daily logs.
• Maintain punch list and closeout process with owner/architect acceptance.
