Job summary

You will coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, maintain daily logs, manage punch lists, and drive the use of building processes and software tools to deliver successful, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred; in lieu of degree, experience accepted.
• 8–10 years in commercial construction, including GC experience.
• Tenant renovations, service work, occupied spaces, weekend work, fast-paced projects a plus.
• Mastery of building processes and best practices.
• Ability to organize resources (people/tools/time) to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site workflow in line with schedule and safety/quality standards.
• Lead site team and liaise with project team, clients, and subcontractors.
• Drive on-site safety and maintain a safe jobsite.
• Maintain daily activity logs, manage punch list and closeout with owner/architect.
• Collaborate with project manager on schedule, methods, and adherence to quality.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and ensure fair treatment; manage on-site documentation.
