ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial projects in the Chicagoland area. You will manage field operations, schedule activities, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

A strong safety mindset and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. Ideal candidates bring 5–25+ years of construction experience, including lead supervision on cold storage or food and beverage facilities.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with leadership as a superintendent on ground-up builds.
• Experience leading cold storage or food & beverage processing projects preferred.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and coordinating subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to obtain project details and preplanning information.
• Develop schedules, organize staffing, and determine manpower and equipment needs.
• Direct and control construction to meet specifications, budget, and schedule.
