Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent for our Milwaukee team with 5-15+ years of experience leading ground up commercial or mid to light industrial construction projects. You will manage all administrative tasks and field operations from day one to deliver the project on schedule, within budget, and per the project specifications.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Lead Superintendent for a GC on commercial or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Prepare schedules of construction activities, organization structure, staff, and resource requirements.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Provide regular updates to the project manager on progress, costs, and plans.
• Maintain a daily diary recording significant project facts and communications.
