ARCO/Murray National Construction in Milwaukee seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial or mid-to-light industrial projects. You will manage field operations, schedules, and budgets from day one, empowering your project team to complete work on time and to specification.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Lead Superintendent for GC on commercial or industrial projects.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including long standing, uneven terrain, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information for preplanning.
• Develop a schedule of construction activities, staffing, and equipment requirements.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and deadlines.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate work with schedules and progress.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs, and review requisitions and invoices.
• Cooperate with owner representatives and architects to align with project goals.
