• Experience with CRM and project management tools like SmartSheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify construction opportunities and close deals aligned with objectives and customer needs.
• Assess project scope, prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, subcontractors, and internal team on proposals.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and track opportunities in CRM/SmartSheets.
• Develop repeat business by staying engaged with customers after completion.
• Coordinate cross-discipline team to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Communicate project status and next steps to stakeholders.
