Stevens Engineers & Constructors in Cleveland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensure adherence to specifications, and keep work on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has proven PM experience in industrial markets, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage safety programs, contracts, and project

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial construction markets and PM oversight across all project phases.
• Ability to coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials and equipment while maintaining quality and budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and maintain harmonious working relationships with all project participants.
• Organize and execute the project safety program within company guidelines.
• Interface with client as primary contact and communicate project status.
• Develop and manage project documentation, including contracts and purchase orders.
• Plan execution, develop schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor budget, report profitability, and approve invoices and changes.
• Maintain open communication with support units and local unions.
• Support bidding, pre-construction services, budgeting and continuous improvement.
