Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in industrial construction.
• Experience with steel, concrete, excavation, demolition, and carpentry is preferred.
• Proficiency in costing/estimating software and MS Office is required.
• Experience using spreadsheets for estimating and project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously for industrial clients.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per defined scope.
• Perform costing and estimating activities for project pricing and billing.
• Oversee industrial projects including steel mills, automotive facilities, and chemical plants.
