Job summary

R. C. Stevens Construction Company in the Southeast is seeking a Construction Industrial Project Manager who excels at client engagement and detail-oriented project execution.

You will oversee project teams, manage logistics, and ensure compliance with healthcare building standards while coordinating with subcontractors in both office and field environments. You will travel to job sites, prepare field reports on progress and costs, and lead bids using lump-sum or time-and-material contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial construction management and project logistics.
• At least 5 years as a Project Manager with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; related construction field preferred.
• LEED designation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to achieve bottom-line results and growth
• Present and communicate with key stakeholders to cultivate client relationships
• Ensure building standards are met, including healthcare certifications
• Study specifications to plan procedures, staffing, and schedules
• Serve as a Safety Officer with the Safety Director to maintain a safe environment
• Prepare and communicate field reports on progress, materials used, costs, and adjust schedules
• Resolve complaints and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance
• Work with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to hit project objectives
• Prepare competitive bids using lump sum or time and material contracts
• Travel to job sites as required
