Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial construction management and project logistics.
• At least 5 years as a Project Manager with strong organization and time management; able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree required; higher education in construction management or related discipline preferred; LEED desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to achieve bottom-line results and growth.
• Present and communicate with key stakeholders to cultivate client relationships.
• Ensure building standards are met, particularly healthcare certifications.
• Plan procedures based on specifications, start/completion times, and staffing for each phase.
• Serve as Safety Officer with the Safety Director to maintain a safe work environment.
• Prepare and communicate field reports on progress, materials, and costs; adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate with subcontractors to enforce standards and assist with compliance.
• Prepare competitive bids; familiar with lump sum, time and material approaches.
• Travel to job sites.
