Job summary

Jobot is recruiting on behalf of a well-established general contractor for a Heavy Industrial Project Manager to lead complex industrial and commercial construction projects in the Midwest. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and communicate with clients to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 5+ years of PM experience in heavy industrial settings, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or large-scale construction.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement and client communication.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout with budgeting, scheduling, procurement and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate field operations and ensure performance of subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Maintain clear client communication and manage risk, changes, and contract administration.
