Job summary

Monomoy CRE is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial development projects from pre-construction to closeout in Charleston, SC. You will coordinate with the project team, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication with architects, engineers, and clients, plus hands-on oversight of documentation in Procore and related tools. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably industrial or commercial real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms; MS Project/Primavera helpful.
• PMP, OSHA 30, or LEED certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of assigned industrial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager, Assistant PM, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and monitor the project schedule.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with codes and specifications.
• Organize and participate in OAC meetings and document action items.
