We are seeking a skilled and driven Construction Project Manager to join our team to oversee and coordinate the successful execution of industrial construction projects across our expanding portfolio.

Position Summary:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing industrial development projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role serves as a critical link between the Senior Project Manager and the broader project team, with hands‑on oversight of daily operations, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder communication. • Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure all work is performed to spec, complies with applicable codes, and meets quality and safety standards.
  • Meetings & Communication: Organize and attend OAC (Owner/Architect/Contractor) meetings, subcontractor meetings, and internal coordination meetings. Document and follow up on action items.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks or delays and work proactively to implement solutions in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Project Closeout: Manage the closeout process including punch list completion, final inspections, and delivery of as‑built documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on industrial or commercial real estate.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
