Job summary

Monomoy CRE is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Sr. Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of industrial construction projects.

You will assist with administrative duties, document management, financial tracking, and coordination with subcontractors. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project management or construction, a bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and experience with Procore or similar software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or construction, industrial/ commercial focus.
• Procore or similar construction-management software experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. Project Manager with planning and execution of industrial construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate tasks, milestones and deliverables to meet schedule.
• Analyze project data to support decision-making and reporting.
• Provide administrative support: meetings, change orders, and project documentation in Procore.
• Support subcontractor coordination and creation of subcontracts and POs in Procore.
• Attend weekly meetings and document notes and actions; track progress and budgets.
