Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in site construction.
• Proficiency in B2W and ViewPoint software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver assigned site construction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and staffing plans.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, subs, and vendors; ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare monthly payment applications and billing support.
