Job summary

Monomoy CRE is seeking a Construction Project Manager for industrial properties in Charleston, SC. You will oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating teams, budgets, schedules, and field operations to ensure safety and quality.

You will work with internal staff, contractors, and consultants, manage Procore documentation, and report on project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in construction project management, industrial or commercial real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Procore and project scheduling software.
• Strong communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of industrial construction projects from start to closeout.
• Coordinate daily field operations, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation in Procore.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to align expectations.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance on sites.
• Prepare and attend OAC and subcontractor meetings.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
