Monomoy CRE is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Sr. Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing industrial construction projects from start to finish.

You will help with administrative duties, document management, financial tracking, and coordination with subcontractors, clients, architects, and engineers. This role offers growth in a dynamic industrial real estate development environment.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and contract management is a plus.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist Sr. Project Manager with planning and executing industrial construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Analyze project data to support decision-making and reporting.
• Provide administrative support: meetings, change orders, notes, and documentation.
• Upload and organize project documents in Procore (plans, permits, inspections, certifications, subcontracts).
• Track project progress and report to Sr. Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Assist in subcontractor selection, subcontracts, and POs in Procore.
• Attend Owner/Architect weekly meetings and document actions.
• Participate in budget reviews and forecast tracking with Project Manager and Controller.
• Attend weekly subcontractor meetings to ensure project stays on track.
• Generate documentation for change orders.
