Job summary

Lee Industrial Contracting seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial and commercial contracting projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution. The role requires coordinating self-perform work, subcontractors, and internal teams, with a focus on clear client and stakeholder communication.

You will develop plans, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and use Microsoft Project to track progress. Travel to sites may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades (electrical, mechanical, rigging, foundations, steel, carpentry, controls).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee self-performed industrial construction, service, and general contracting projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans (scope, schedule, budget, execution).
• Use MS Project to schedule, monitor milestones, budgets, and analytics.
• Coordinate with superintendents and leadership to allocate resources and meet deadlines.
• Define stakeholder roles and ensure alignment across teams and milestones.
• Monitor schedule, cost, and quality; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and remove barriers.
• Oversee risk management, change control, QA, and communications plans.
• Provide regular project reviews and updates to stakeholders.
