The PM coordinates safety, budgets, schedules, and quality, serving as the primary on-site leader and liaison among clients, subcontractors, and the project team. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial construction, proficiency with ProCore, JD Edwards, and CAD/BlueBeam tools, plus strong communication to present plans clearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction, including work with a general contractor.
• Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mastery of reading construction drawings and related documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and document filing.
• Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects.
• Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP packages.
• Conduct project meetings, set milestones, and prepare owner reports.
• Approve pay applications and negotiate subcontract change orders.
• Perform scheduling and ensure quality control and logistics.
• Manage closeout processes efficiently.
• Engage with clients to discuss needs and explain services.
• Supervise assistant PMs, admin staff, MEP managers, and safety team.
• Collaborate with the site team throughout the project lifecycle.
