Job summary

MOR PPM, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support diverse customers and projects across multiple locations. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules and change orders, and drive safety and compliance on every site.

The role requires 10–15 years in relevant markets and a proven track record in bids and client relations. Travel to job sites is expected, with emphasis on safety and quality in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree applicable to position.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and risk management.
• Strategic thinker who can plan and build relationships.
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements.
• Proficient PC skills including OneDrive and Office 365.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
• 10-15 years’ experience in relevant industrial markets and managing projects up to $1M.
• 10-15 years of client relationship and business development experience with bids.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the execution of the safety program and performance of work by internal staff and external vendors.
• Collaborate with customers, PMs, and support teams to manage projects and site managers.
• Oversee cost management: estimating, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and resource allocation.
• Utilize project scheduling, bids, takeoffs, change orders, and contracts to manage scope changes and milestones.
• Develop relationships to identify and cultivate opportunities.
• Prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs; ensure compliance with codes and practices.
• Ensure equipment and personnel comply with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Support and communicate compliance programs; ensure project teams adhere to them.
• Provide regular project status updates to executive leadership.
• Travel to jobsites regularly to oversee projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
